Security

All orders placed on our website are completely secure using Geo Trust SSL technology.

Privacy

We know that you value your privacy, as we do ourselves. We do not share any information that you give us with anyone.

Shipping

Orders placed by 12:00PM Pacific Standard Time are shipped same day.

Orders placed on Saturdays, Sundays, or holidays will be shipped the next business day. 

Orders are shipped via USPS First Class Mail, USPS Priority Mail, or UPS.

Delivery times range from two to six business days for domestic orders.

Sales Tax

8.75% sales tax applies to orders shipped to a California address.

International Orders

International orders are shipped via USPS Air Mail.

Import duties, taxes and charges are not included in the item price or shipping charges. These charges are the buyer’s responsibility. Please check with your country’s customs office to determine what these additional costs will be prior to buying.

The vast of international orders arrive within 14 business days with no problems, but there are postal delays on occasion, especially during the winter and summer holiday season.  Please be patient, your order will arrive.

Limited Warranty

All new products are sold with the manufacturer's limited warranty. The warranty period and service varies by manufacturer and product.

Return Policy

We want you to be happy with your purchase. You may return most items within 10 days of receipt. Please call or email for your Return Authorization. You must have a Return Authorization before sending your return. Unauthorized returns will not be accepted.

Some items are not returnable. Opened or used sets of strings, pickups that have been installed, can be returned for defective exchange only.

All returned items must be in resalable condition, with the original packaging, complete with warranty card, owner's manual, all cables and accessories, and show no signs of wear or abuse. If the return does not these requirements, it may be refused or assessed a minimum of a 15% restocking fee.

Refunds will be made by the same method of the original payment, less any shipping charges. You are responsible for all shipping charges back to us. For your own protection, you should insure your return shipment.
